I didn't think it would be a show stopper, but it does sound like a sleazeball deal, but there's lots of sleazeball deals out there like this these days with the taxpayers footing huge chunks of the bill and getting the least amount of utilization.
Sometimes I think to myself, "I can't believe KU has a track around their football field in 2013."

There are the K-States, OUs, OSUs and Texases of the world, then there are the ISUs and KUs. The rich aren't truly "rich" unless you have some poors to compare them to. It takes all kinds. You take the good you take the bad you take them both and then you have the facts of life. The facts of life.

K-State's stadium is garbage. Just a hole in the ground surrounded by a parking lot and prairie land. Thank God they demolished the tiny pressbox and gave the dump a bit of a facelift. KU's stadium puts the hole in the middle of a parking lot to shame.
'Taters love the color purple and everything shitty in between. It's no wonder they think harley track stadium is nice.
To be blunt, the atmosphere at LHC Bill Snyder Family Stadium is without a doubt one of the most underappreciated in college football. While it can't come close to matching the likes of LSU's Tiger Stadium or Michigan's Big House in sheer numbers, it comes close in participation, excitement, and "" for lack of a better term "" blood thirst. K-State's, surely, is an atmosphere that should not be missed.
