NHL Playoffs
« on: April 18, 2012, 09:12:55 PM »
What a great first round so far!  All the OT games.  That ridiculous Pittsburgh Philly series.

My favorite playoffs in pro sports.*

*I hate all other pro sports except NBA playoffs.

Agree on the Pitt/Philly series

Phoenix and Chicago have had an entertaining series too.

Overtime in hockey  :excited:

That Sens game winner in OT tonight.

Also, who saw this LA-Vancouver series coming?  Not me!

I was in vancouver last year during the finals, missed out on the riot by a day, playoffs turn even the mildest of the little canadians into savages.

Also I love the NBC hockey commentator, no idea what his name is but he has a shrill voice, and is always excited.

Phoenix-Chicago series has been fun.  Poor Hossa.

Man both of Phoenix's last two overtime goals were soft.

Yea sucks for Hossa, and now it looks like Chicago is all but eliminated.

I mean, I don't even know how to feel right now.  Every win the Coyotes have had the last two weeks has been the biggest win in franchise history.  Such a great feeling, this feels so much better than last time Phoenix was up 3-1 in a series.

Also Hossa is a bitch, I've hated him since he hopped teams whoring for a title.

Florida, WOOF!  I thought they would win this series but they are done, NJ beat the holy hell out of them.

I hope Philadelphia destroys Pittsburgh and Crosby actually fights and he gets his ass beat as bad as whomever Bissonnette crushed tonight.

Also where in the hell are all of the Vancouver fans who were posting last year?

Cory Crawford is Bill Buckner, BK Kim, and Donnie Moore rolled into one.

It's funny how nobody in America cares about hockey now since the Avalanche didn't make the playoffs.

My nephew in Canada was appalled when I had no idea this was going on and that Washington was in it. May go to a game just for him.

i was in vancouver during their season ender/right before playoffs, many "fans" said either if they win the stanley cup or lose 0-4 to la, theyre rioting. makes it hard to be a proud canuck.

The tweets are what they are, its the internet.  For me the story is in the comments, there is a guy outing these people with addresses, where they go to school, girlfriends, etc.  Not surprisingly most of the dumb tweets are from kids 15-20 most of the likely listen to Drake.  These kids who did this who are, well likely were, college hockey players are morons.
