don't waste your time mrs gooch, just watch guardians of the galaxy, literally the only marvel movie worth watching.

I have to disagree. Captain America winter soldier is a very good movie as well. I'd also argue that the first Iron Man is also extremely good. The rest of the films are definitely good fun. None of them make you feel like you wasted your time at the end like "The Counselor" or "Killing them Softly".

I'm just baffled they needed to raise money. They must have burned quite a few studio bridges if they cant get anyone to bankroll this movie.

I'm just baffled they needed to raise money. They must have burned quite a few studio bridges if they cant get anyone to bankroll this movie.

I doubt they NEEDED the money as much as they wanted to create some good PR. I mean, ST and Beerfest are on Comedy Central every other week so those royalty checks are still rolling in.

This is a good way to create some buzz and get several thousand fans involved.

I was also thinking today about how much that changes the actors profit making ability. Since they no longer have to give a cut to a studio, does that mean they are pocketing more cash from ticket sales?
