Illinois fans get on my nerves. Taking oscar Weber out of the equation, I have yet to find many fan bases with such a delusional pedestal for their program.

They had a few really nice years with Self (and Weber). Other than that, historically, we're pretty much on par with them, and in a lot of ways, better.

Anyway, that's all.

Do you really have to argue that Illinois is better than KSU on a KSU board? They are nice enough allowing us to come on here to warn them of Weber. I would think it would be respectful to just leave it at though.

Let's get back to pointing about Weber's faults, how he refuses to acknowledge them, and how it looks like he is going to repeat them.

KSU has a proud tradition of basketball. That is why you should be horrified that Weber will build around Michael Orris. He will start for you even if there is a better player on the bench. The only reason we beat OSU as Weber loves boasting about is because our Orris this year got hurt. Weber is literally turning KState into a midmajor with his every move. In a year or two as bad as this sounds you will be rooting for Orris to get injured so you have a chance of making the tourney. I'm so sorry that is true.

Of all the things about Weber that are scary (horrid recruiting, failure to take responsibility for his team, his clothes) the reports that he will start older but inferior players regardless has me pretty scared.

"The easiest way to describe him, I think, is that he is an Aaron Craft of Ohio State type of player. He is tough, gritty, and handles the ball well. He can score if needs to, but he prefers to get his teammates involved and going."

Yeah, I saw that one was the bleacher report and didn't really want to use that link lol, but I did anyways. Even terrible reporting can be favorable at times haha. As for the NCAA tournament appearances, no sir. Illinois 29, KSU 26 oscar was nice enough to help us miss 3 of the last 5 yrs.....
