Here's the guy who got the job this thread was started about:

Daren Koudele, currently the Director of Compliance at Northern Iowa, has accepted the position of Director of Compliance with Kansas State to replace Brendan Armitage’s position.  Daren has served as the lead compliance person at UNI for the last two years

He was in my DU pledge class :horrorsurprise:

Is it common for compliance wonks to be rocking a law degree?

Pretty much a prerequisite I think.

all k-state ad employees have some sort of post-grad degree.  the lead janitor is an anesthesiologist.

He must be crazy then because he could make a lot of money as an Anesthesiologist, can't imagine quitting that role in life to become a janitor.  To each his own, I guess.  Maybe working in our AD isn't so bad after all?  :dunno:

At the end of the day, I bet the janitor is probably pretty EMAW and worries more about who he works with, what he does, and what he is a part of, rather than some lonely paycheck procured by drugging sick people.  What a joke this board has become when all of a sudden that is a bad thing.

That was my thought exactly, but I don't think he is working as a janitor just because he loves K-State. I think I have a pretty positive view of humanity, but even I am not that naive. This guy must have shown up drunk and gotten somebody killed or something, leaving janitor at K-State as one of his only viable options.

I'm afraid you guys did not read very closely, he is the lead janitor.  He is a rough ridin' leader of men.

I know this probably isn't the time or the place for it, but I'm going to post it anyway.  GOD BLESS AMERICA.
