JC pledged transparency in contractual and financial reporting. He did not promise to reveal every private detail on every employee or athlete.
I suppose that's fair, but if that's true, why did it take a FOIA request for him to reveal that he paid $40,000 to that coaching service (only for us to wind up with oscar Weber)? Would he eventually have gotten around to revealing that information on his own had a request not been filed?
Also, just a more general question, what's it like to work for JC? How is he as a boss, in non-work aspects of life, and as compared to other athletic directors you've worked for? If you don't want to answer publicly then I will gladly accept a PM and keep it very insider-y. tia.
