Carolina is just scary good on offense when they get things rolling.     Barnes was playing like crap.  They still had like 75 pts with 5 minutes left.  Barnes then scores 8 pts in the next 2 minutes.      Kentucky was pretty impressive the other night when the Clonies tied the game up at 42 and UK blitzed them with a 20-2 run ............ but if both team has their A game going...... my money is on Carolina.       

That said i actually have Mich St beating UNC.

Wow, just realized that Cincy was playing Ohio St. This should be a pretty emotionally charged game, especially for Cincy and their fans.  Ohio State has been giving them the cold shoulder forever, butthurt from losing to Cincy back in the day. 

Should be fun.

Yep Mich St looked like a sorry excuse for a 1 seed today.   Lville zone defense gave Sparty MEGA fits.   

3 years ago, i thought Lville was 2nd best team in the nation(behind UNC) and they got worked by Sparty in Elite 8.  Pesky Mich St held them to 52 pts.    Today it was Lville shutting down Sparty to a dismal 44 pts

it's so weird to hear stuff like that because none of it seems true to any degree.  they don't think anything about each other.  maybe they did in the past.

I think it is more like a KU v. WSU situation with real butthurt on the OSU end.  I think Cincy has been lobbying to play them for years.  Oh well, at least we get the Cincy v. X rivalry.

Can someone please tell Kenny Smith to STFU?  How many times is he going to say that FLA will make Marquette play a faster pace than they want.  Hey Kenny, Marquette plays much faster than FLA and has for years.
