You should just elliptical for an hour or whatever. I mean, swimming wtf? I highly doubt you can even watch netflix while you do that.

no, but I enter my distance swam into my workout tracker that has all my information and it tells me.

So, have any of you guys done the Crossfit thing.  I've been told that you can formulate a workout that can be performed at home.
