I have played with an exercise ball and I really like it because you have to balance and stuff. I think I will do 8 minute abs w/ an exercise ball on Thursday. Would love to do a full body workout with one if anyone knows how.

what I am going to do I think:



I like to do pushups on the little half-stability ball thing. I do not enjoy any other stability ball activities.

Didn't watch all the video. Do a pike roll-up move with your knees/shins on the ball. Amazing for your core. Look on youtube for a video of it.

you're playing with fire there- steroids are tricky, but if you do PCT correctly you should be fine. stock up on tamoxifen citrate/clomid. i doubt anybody on this site knows cycle and dosing info so you should probably ask around on one of the various internet bbs's dedicated to steroids/prohormones...

They're showing Midnight in Paris in the cinema room today. Totally gonna crank out a solid 40 on the elliptical and then just chill on the stretching mats down front for the rest of the show while occasionally pretending to do sit-ups.

Question: need new shoes for gym.  do a lot of interval treadmill and a bunch of weight circuits with lots of movement and crap.  Anyone have a cross trainer or something they like for this?
