I don't want to post in the brag thread so cross-post, but While dabigtrain and nicname were talking 225# bench, I was doing 250# deadlift for reps today, need to get more consistent with 2-3 days/week on weights. Right now I'm basically at 1 day a week and then 2 days of soccer, which is down from 2.25 ish days of weights and 2-3 days of soccer.
Morning grind is so gross but it is the only time I have to myself to lift.
