Nice work dudes. Have a buddy I workout with that is going to do(try) a 3 day fast.. Sounds awful and dumb
Whoa, 3 days is rough. I do intermittent fasting a couple days a week. Basically eat dinner early around 5ish and then skip breakfast. I'll workout around 11:30 and then have a shake after I'm done which is the first calories since dinner the night before. Most days its pretty easy and once I get an hour or so past breakfast, I'm good. 3 days just seems dumb and I'm not sure even what benefit it would have.
He told me it sounded dumb so I kinda quit listening. I'm going to be very curious if he makes it and if he doesn't die by day 3 especially after our normal noon workout.

yeah, this is prob a terrible idea. I mean, if its for religious reasons and he is just going to chill for 3 days, that's one thing. On another note, I have found that my workouts are often times better during a bit of a fast as opposed to the other days when I have breakfast or a snack prior. Seems weird, but
