I've been running some linear progression programming on the four main lifts, squat, bench, deadlift and overhead press. I'll pick that up again on Monday.
Been trying to eat healthier and stepped on the scale for the first time in a few weeks. 10lbs down

I'm getting close to not being able to maintain that progression, hence the deload. I'll shoot for another four week cycle of this and then move on to something else. I've had success with Sheiko in the past, but I find the programs to be incredibly boring.

What did you do to yourself and how did you do itI don't know for sure what happened. I am sure the years of bull riding didn't help the case out. Basically, I have two of the 4 tendons torn. One is the little tendon that attaches to the bicep. The doc said that the only thing they can do there is just cut it loose and let it go (repairing it never works). He said that I won't notice a difference in strength but that the bicep will look a little funny. Recovery time......6 months.
Fyi, my dad tore the tendon that goes from shoulder to top of bicept completely off about 4yrs ago. His doc reattached it. He had 6wk recovery as well, but has everything attached where its supposed to be.Maybe a second opinion?
You know who never gets paralyzed? Guys who run 1.25 miles in the morning and then sit all day message boarding and then take their offspring to the park and then drink 6 beers.
