Ya. She's about too. She's kinda sad we're in opposite directions. She feels the need to make up fast. :frown:

yeah well i've known quite a few girls who have done it, some pretty attractive ones actually who came out of it smoking hot. that sounds doucey but its true. it can get to a point where it's an obsession though and that's never good. you have to resist some of the culty stuff

She will have good losses and good gains. You will be pretty happy with the results. If she is as much of a studette as you are a stud, she will probably get to where she wants to be and then some quicker than expected. The crossfit stuff works fast. You both will be all smiles

Yes.  A lady I work with started it and got in pretty good shape (she was definitely overweight prior to), but now she's creepy about it.  Like it's the defining characteristic of her existence now.  Also before she was witty and fun to be around at work and now she's intense about everything and super serious and never really jokes.  Very bizarre to observe.
My prescience is fully engorged.  It throbs with righteous accuracy.  I am sated.

She did it before her 30th and was in the best shape of her life. I'm turning 30 this September, so I think she wants to challenge herself to do it again. She was able to walk away tho, when she was done. However, I have a good friend from college who is very cult like w/ it. She's actually pretty hot now. In college she was the quirky, bigger friend, to us. Now she's kicking her friends asses. If only she wasn't weird about it.

Most offices I've worked would prefer to not hear a guy talking about swinging his dick. Maybe it's a matter of working in open office environments.

I mean in what office do you just blast any video over speakers? No headphones?

Every xfiter I have ever encounter has been extremely cult like with it. Not to mention there is no actual programming or progression. It's just a bunch of random crap slapped together by a fat, greedy alcoholic.

crossfit only works if you aren't the founder and ceo of a company worth hundreds of millions of dollars.  If you are, who needs it anyway?

definitely not someone that I would want to take strength and conditioning advice from. everything about him disgusts me. i'm not just talking about his appearance, or the way he runs his business. he is a grade a, certified, piece of crap human being.
