overnight, went from not really any body acne to my chest being covered, like at least 50.

only marginally improved energy/motivation, did make fast gains though which was fun. did not have any roid rage at 3x the average level.

me: thrusters - they break me mentally and physically every time.

honestly depends on the day/workout but I feel like thrusters are pretty bad for everyone. there's not a great way to rest and it is somehow always surprising how exhausted they make me. They're a lot harder than they seem like they should be.

I'm really bad/slow at pushups because I have long skinny arms and could lose some weight. but they don't kill me because my arms just stop working before I get my heart rate up.

the other day we did a workout that included two sets of 20x 45DBOH/53KBFR lunges and those rough ridin' destroyed me

I'm terrible at pushups. I would like to do Murph this year but no matter how I break it up I will end up doing 1/2 pushup at a time by the end.

Heavy front squats or just a lot of front squats in a workout usually crush me.. OHS after about 15 or so I feel like my arms go numb/dumb
