Yeah. I really hope the ISIS affiliate in Sinai or at least Ajnad Misr claim it. It sucks to think that the Sinai group is active in urban areas again or that Ajnad recovered from their boss getting whacked and now have access to huge rough ridin' bombs (this was no "improvised" device; it was legit and tore crap up all over the street...it literally blew the security gates off nine surrounding buildings), but it's preferable to the scenario of a third, new group with this disturbingly high combination of capability and willingness.
