Cheering against teams because they own your ass is the saddest thing I have ever heard. It makes you bitch ass crybaby. I hate KU, I thoroughly hate them. I've been to sporting events at most of the remaining Big 12 schools and those that have left. They all treated me like crap for being a KSU fan. Just because Lawrence is right down the road and they are a lot better at BBall then us, is a stupid reason to cheer against them.
I wish KU wasn't on their way to their 8th straight Conference Championship, but they are. If you don't like that, go out and beat em. KSU has two chances every year to do this, and if they blow it, well they rough ridin' blow it. When the time comes that we are competing with KU for a CC, then cheer against them all you want. That makes sense. When your team has nothing to gain and you just want to see people sad because they are a fan of a better team, that speaks volumes about you as a person.
I hate KU. I find it very hard to cheer for them, I will Saturday because eff MU, I don't like their team at all, and would much rather have KU win the title this year and WE, KSU, be the ones that end their streak. KSU and their fans gain nothing by a MU victory of Saturday.
