Ruth Schrum thought her home, at 720 Midland St., was a safe distance from Fake Paddy's Day celebrations in Aggieville Saturday. But she was so disturbed by the behavior she witnessed even in her neighborhood that day that she took her story to the Riley County Law Board Monday night.
