The big-time Big 12 game disappoints on a national stage. Just another example of how bad a year it's been in this conference in my opinion.

pfffffft apparently he doesn't remember KU/MU ?

I think there was a Drake mixtape drop that night, so he missed most of the game.

How many more does Baylor lose? I'm thinking at least 3, maybe 4.

Gonna put some $ on whichever small timey school they play in the 1st round of the torn-a-ment

Not intended as a man Griner joke.

I'm not certain of the details, but wasn't there a woman from South Africa or something that broke a lot of women's track records and it turned out later that she had a vagina and everything, but instead of ovaries she had testes? I feel like I remember hearing this somewhere. It would not surprise me if the same were true for Griner. Good for her though, can't change her biology and she's dominating the game

Woman and her were used above due to a lack of appropriate word in the English language that doesn't have a negative connotation.

Yeah you got the details wrong, her name is Caster Semenya.  The reports of her having testes instead of ovaries was a rumor.  She was tested, and it was determined that she is a woman and could compete with women.  What the test found is unknown, some people think she may have androgen insensitivity syndrome.  Here is a picture of women that have androgen insensitivity syndrome.

I think it was my Sociology teacher that told  me the story when we were discussing gender in class. Very interesting about having XY chromosomes but still being female for all intents and purposes. Kind of fascinating actually. Thanks for the info.

Four dumbasses told the same joke and all thought it was fresh.

It was fresh when I told it first.

Drew completely fooled me by playing tough man to man defense in Manhattan.

they played aggressive man in mhk, not particularly good man.  when kstate didn't turn it over, they scored pretty easily.  most teams don't turn it over as much as kstate.
