Let's get this thing back on track.  How often do you pay for dinner vs. your significant other?  Did things change the further you got in your relationship?

Lady BR didn't pay for anything when she was in college but now pays for maybe 1 out of every 3 dinners out.  Usually the relatively cheap ones though so I am still stuck with the large tabs.

My wife paid for almost everything when we were dating because I was a full-time grad student and she was working full-time.  It was great.  Now that we're married I've probably paid her back a hundred times over....and still paying.

I'd say it's 80/20 me on dinners and lunches. We split on drinks and she makes up to it by getting me clothes here and there. Apparently she just picked up two sweaters for me from Express over lunch. :-)

At first it was always me paying but now she will pay every once in a while if it is her idea to go somewhere.

What about travel? 50/50?

 Went to a couple of out of town weddings this summer, if they were my friends getting married then I paid for the hotel and vice versa.
