When I was in 5th grade, my dog would go get the pillow off the end of my bed around 9pm every night and bring it to me. That meant it was time for bed.

Couch is worse than bed cause it's harder to clean (unless you have leather and who doesn't have a leather couch?)

Anyway, I feel sorry for the non dog cuddlers, really missing out on one of the best things in life

The end result of cuddling is that you feel connected to another person, less stressed, you sleep better, your immune system is boosted, and your risk of heart disease is lowered. Is that what you meant?

So since Wacky likes to cuddle that means he cares about his girl's mental & physical well being - sounds like marriage material.

I have one friend who is a really good friend of mine so I don't give her a hard time for this, but on Facebook sometimes she posts a picture of her dog and a little narrative from the dog's perspective like "Mom took me running today and now I am super tired." That is kind of weird.

people who have chosen to get a dog instead of having a kid, especially when they are super young, have made a good decision. if they wanna practice being mommy and daddy go right ahead. a 40 year old lady calling a dog her child is just really sad.
