Thanks. I like knowing how real people are doing in the housing market, rather than investors or averages in articles.
I would guess that I am down about 11% after owning for 4 years. Not planning on selling anytime soon, so no way to know for certain.

Very hungover from pak'ng w/ Dlew last night. Paid the Kites karaoke DJamer $20 to bump him up the list before the last song so I passed on lunch and I'm kind of hungry too, now that I think about it.

Stayed up 'til 5 am watching Newsroom and Trueblood. I'm going to have to watch them again after work....
