It would take something like a rhinocerous or an elephant to make him look thinner

Some irregular section 17ers spent an awful long time lecturing KK last night about how we were bankrupt and can't pay frank...this was after they violently threatened him following KK's booing of currie.

Security was called over to instruct us that we were on watch, though we used no curse words and merely booed and yell "Pay Frank."  The students joined in as well, but were left alone by security, thankfully.

These gentlemen who lectured KK informed us that they serve on committees and so forth with Currie, and they "know what's going on."  When we informed them that we get our info from people who put money in the system, instead of those who take it out, they were unimpressed...assuring us that we didn't know how bad things were.

So here we are....we have a deal in place that seems equitable.  Did it really require the insulting offers from Currie at the beginning of the season?  Did it really require giving the fans the impression of a rift?

shazbot! John Currie and shazbot! the powertards who hug his male genitals.

Atta boy Frank....

Only two people gave the impression of a rift — Kietzman and JMart. I would question the validity of their sources, or at least what their sources' motives are. Don't fall for that stuff.

http://www.kstatesports.com/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=400&ATCLID=204903343

so, the 1.55 av. includes the retention bonuses.  but not other bonuses (some of which seem like they might be pretty easy like the apr stuff).  plus a 4 mill buyout.

meanwhile, martin's buyout is 1 mill after this spring.

katz pretty much fist-mumped currie.  except that currie gets his cut of bonuses.  so i guess he enjoys the fist-rough ridin'.

I know where Jmart got his stuff.  I have met the person from whom Jmart got his stuff.  It's completely valid, or people in the program were lying.

Between this, the octagon explosion, prince mysteriously getting canned just days before Pete's banner of dissent took flight I'm starting to think there isn't a more formidable cadre of fans who are as capable of shaping public opinion as the members here.

Give yourselves a fist pump gents.

Wouldn't say he was lying, but again you need to question that source's motives

Not a zero-sum game.

It is JMart 1 Currie 1 Frank 1 Sec 17 5 bazillion.

Motive was clearly to get the deal done asap.  Was this ever in question?

Currie did exactly what we asked. We cannot say he's as incompetent (yet) as JMart proposed. Still not awarding JMart crap. Nor those Sec 17 losers.

Jmarts source was wrong.  It happens.  Doesn't mean it or others won't be right more often than not.

4 mill vs 1 mill concurrent buyouts means currie/kstate didn't win.  katz won.

i don't think his source was wrong. his source said that currie is kind of a doof and that contract negotiations were not progressing and that frank was unsure as to why it wasn't. seems like this was probably the case.

No, it seems like that was probably not the case, at all.

Contract negotiations went well the whole time. There was never a problem.
