i think if we attacked the rim in the first half like we did in the 2nd half we win with no real issue.  but its admittedly hard for this team to give up the 3 ball early, and generally with good reason.

You could argue we "settled" for the 3 point shot at times in the first half, and there is probably truth to that.  But we also just flat out missed several wide open looks, especially while ISU went on their run.

On the beating the post double (especially when its the other big that doubles), part of the problem is where the post up occurs and the other is who else is on the floor.

OSU beat KU multiple times because the OSU post was higher up the lane, giving better angles to find the other post. 

Also, OSU usually has 3 legit shooters so there is better spacing - the only time we have 3 legit shooters is if McGruds is at the 3.

We are going to see this type of D for the rest of the year, will be very interesting what adj. Martin makes.

7fga and 7fta in 39 minutes for an on fire Kelly is not good decision making.
