I am sandboxing, working on building a touristy town. Trying to get higher density residential areas but I assume that is just going to take time. We need to pick a region for future EMAWville or whatever so we know our terrain.

It's not on steam, it is on EA's shitty clone called origin. Just go to the simcity website to buy it though, it's a really fast download. Was like 20 minutes for me.

Log into a proxy in India and buy it for 1500 India dollars (about $30 American dollars) off of Origin's India store so EA gets less money
