clams, you are taking all of our garbage and providing all of our cheap coal burning electricity as well as the industrial output. you will have a small residential area to house all the poors. chicat, you focus on commercial areas and really dominate the finance industry and tourism (amusement park & casino driven). I'll be a super elite residential and recreational area full of parks and rich people and a sports franchise.

Forces you to doa tutorial when you start, which loads a city with no instruction that you can't do anything in. Now they shut it down completely while they work on a fix
