time to come clean:  i was bidding on a new mountain bike i found on ebay over the weekend and committed a lot of money to it.  the auction ended yesterday afternoon, i told myself instead of going out and buying the game that i'd wait to see if i won the bike (lost it) and see how people thought of the game here then decide if i wanted to go get the game.

What kind of mountain bike?

2011 Cannondale Flash Carbon 29er 3
http://www.cannondale.com/bikes/mountain/29er-1/flash-29er-carbon/2011-flash-carbon-29er-3-15958

currently have the '08 cannondale 29er F2 (aluminum frame)

both are XC hardtails but i wanted to try the carbon frame/fork to see how it absorbed pounding more than the aluminum frame, + it would have been nice to drop ~10lbs off my bike's weight

It's probably the best place to rent from.  If they don't have a rental available, they open up a new copy and let you rent it.  if you decide to buy it, they take your rental charge off the retail price so you don't waste your rental money if you end up buying it.  I'm pretty sure they've got a 30 day money back guarantee on all their stuff as well, so it's also a good place to buy used stuff.

I started last night. I find interviews pretty tough, but I might be getting the hang of it. Investigating crime scenes is awesome.

Speaking of snes ive  been playing the crap out of the zsnes emulator lately.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

It's pretty good.  It gets pretty repetitive, though.

Anyone have a wife/girlfriend that plays video games? My wife is absolutely terrible at them.  Super Mario Brothers? Yeah, she is dying in the most hilarious and unusual ways.

She murders me at Rockband/Guitar Hero though.  She is playing DJamer Hero 2 right now.
