So it’s Zelda: TotK day!

I tried to play Breath of the Wild I simply don't have the attention span for it. I was able to get the titans or whatever they are called but couldn't beat ganon. I also wasn't able to pull the master sword because of the amount of hearts I had. It's a great game and I see the appeal but it is truly frustrating.

Been playing Baldur's Gate 3, and it's really good.

Finally let lil SF play fortnite and I've been playing with him a bit. I never really got in to video gaming, but I enjoy the crap out of this.

Also, it was prob a mistake letting lil SF start playing fortnite.

The mistake would be letting him play it, but not learning to play it yourself. Especially if you have two systems that you can play on at the same time.

Nicname Jr started playing in late 2017 or so. I spent a lot of time cheering him on, watching etc., but never spent the time to actually learn to play. The game is not easy for non-gamers to pickup, and I didn’t figure they’d still be playing it 6 or so years later.

You’ll have a lot of opportunities for teamwork and great memories, especially if you also learn to play.

agree, it is fun. I bump him to his switch so I can play on the xbox. I can't do it on the switch. I'm getting better, but he does yell at me a lot.

Don’t spread your level up points around. Decide to either have a badass ship situation, or be a planet based shooter, or sciencey or habitaty.  You use those points to unlock the category and then inside the category you still need to use the same points to unlock skills inside a given category. I didn’t realize that and spread mine too thin across areas.

I'm finally a NBA Jam'r wife got it for my birthday, I put it together last night. Holy hell I'm rusty. I'm going to have to look up the cheats online, like the big head. I never knew how to do that before.

I think i'm finally going to give in and get my son one of those Occulus thingies. I'm very anti facebook so that was part of not getting one, but he really wants one. Any pro tips here? The Quest 2 seems in my price range. Is this a terrible idea?
