LOL. I just bought the third episode this weekend and played the first campaign mission and had no rough ridin' idea what was going on and realized I'd have to replay 1 and 2 to understand and got demoralized and watched TV instead

Yeah, I get an error message that says it's not supported. I didn't want to play with 2/3 of a screen

Skyrim is natively 16:9, you don't even have to go into the settings to do it. It came out in 2011 not 1993

You could always edit the .ini file to whatever resolution you want. Shouldn't have to, though.

Go to documents/mygames/skyrim/skyrim.ini

Change iSize W=(desired size X)
iSize H=(desired size Y)
