i don't understand.  help me understand why less recoil isn't better than more recoil.  seems like it would be much easier to aim that way.

There is a happy medium. Play the original Call of Duty (PC exclusive, I think it was eventually ported to 360???) and then play Call of Duty 2 and every other game in the series. They essentially removed all the recoil.

Serious question (it's sad that I have to write that, but it's my own damn fault): is xbox 360 better than PS3?  I've only ever had/played a PS3.  Just curious if I should explore the xbox 360.  Any clear benies to owning one?

online play on XBL is 100x better than what the PS3 has.  that's the biggest reason to get it.

2. Graphics aren't as good
3. No Blu-Ray

Both have Netflix but only xbox has HBOgo and Amazon OnDemand.  PS3 only has a NFL Sunday ticket package for like $200.  It is about $50~60 a year for the xbox to acess Netflix, HBOgo and Amazon.

IMO, the HBOgo is the most valuable, all you need is a HBO subscribers account info and you have all the HBO movies for that month and all episodes of all HBO original shows (The Wire, Sopranos, Game of Thrones, etc)
