I think the key is to get 10 million pop airports as far from the next 10 million pop airport that your fleet can still reach. I have about 7 birds that are landlocked on the US mainland but they just feed NYC from Chicago and LA and my big jets shuttle that stuff from NYC to London/Paris/Moscow.

Yes, London and NYC are fully upgraded. Otherwise they can't handle all the layovers I dump on them.

good strat, going to use GIG>LOS to get my equinoxes in to Europe for various other routes (Paris, Moscow, Cario, etc)
