RIP HIS rough ridin' HEAD OFF BEEMS!

Huggs and Thugs

There it is.  The quote from Waterboy that KU fans chanted at every single team before kickoff is the EXACT same thing as chanting "eff KU" throughout an entire game.  Exact same.

1 dumbass K-State fan chicken-winging a KU player = all K-State fans are ISIS in Beem's mind.

1 dumbass K-State fan chicken-winging a KU player = court storming should be banned in Beem's and all other KU fan's mind even though injuries rarely (if ever) happen at a collegiate level when fans storm a court

Now, 'Pad, these are what you call "strawmen arguments."

Point 1: No, K-State fans are not ISIS because one guy chicken-winged a KU player.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases because they are a trashy group of haters that rally around a unified hatred of all things KU (in ISIS' case, it's Christianity and non-Sunni Muslims).

Point 2: court stormings are fine, just don't pin coaches up against press tables and get violent with multiple players of the opposing team.  See: Maryland last night vs. Wisconsin if you need a good example of how to do it the right way.

If that is your explanation of why K-State is "the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases" maybe you should re-think the absurd metaphor.

Well, you guys did get violent with KU's players and coaches after the game and chanted "eff KU" throughout the entire night, which is something I can't say for any other Big 12 fanbase.  If the shoe fits...

It's like when in football, before you were the worst team ever, when you guys chanted "RIP HIS rough ridin' HEAD OFF" and were disappointed when it wasn't interpreted literally by your players.  I was pretty scared to be in the student section one of those times.  SCARY!

If you compare a fanbase to ISIS you are a frustrated 5 year old that can't deal with your emotions.  You do not have the emotional control to be able to watch sports and should stop immediately.

In all honesty, that statement is more offensive than anything that happened on the court Monday night.

Can we put Beems in timeout or something to deal with him like the 5 year old he is?

The chant does suck. I hate hearing it. It would be way better if at the end of our annual KU ass kickings the crowd just did a long soft EEEEMAAAW AAACKBAAAR KAAAY STAAAATE WOOOO!

Just so I'm following. . .

ISIS = "trashy group of haters" because they kidnap, burn people alive and behead infidels

K-State = "trashy group of haters" because students rushed the court "get violent with KU's players[sic] and coaches[sic]" [citation needed] and chanted an obscenity

Just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

I'm not in the business of catering to your personal sensitivities.  If you don't like the metaphor, too bad.  Don't get violent with KU players/coaches and chant hate-filled obscenities if you want to be seen in a more positive light.

This is coming from the same fanbase that celebrated when T-Rob's mom died.  I could give a eff if you're offended by the comparison.  Name another fanbase in the Big 12 that chants "eff KU" the entire game and became a national embarrassment after bum-rushing KU's coaches and players.  Go ahead.

The same fanbase that donated thousands of dollars to T-Rob to help out, he then repaid us by flipped off our crowd in the OOD and yelled obscenities with youngsters around. He deserves the best, so good one.

I chanted until my voice was all hoarse and then I drank about a dozen beers. Then I offered my KU neighbor a beer and chicken winged him when he was swallowing. LMFAO he started puking right in the street. Then I went back home and cheered on the replays of the court storm on ESPN.

So now the series is up to a highly competitive 49-5 in the last 54 matchups.  75-9 since Ted Owens was fired.  K-State is quickly closing the gap!

 :ohno:

You know, there are quite a few KU fans, mostly because they go to Walmart and buy a shirt, maybe two. It's honestly disappointing because this the only argument ku, "fans," are able to state. It's a very poor one at that.  Quit beating a dead horse.
