Hantavirus has rocketed into my awareness
I was VERY aware of it when I was like 7 years old and it was the hot new disease for a minute

Once it looked it up I knew why it sounded familiar, my mom freaked out at mouse/rat dropping and yeah, don't want any of that

That is horrifying and could also be a decent horror movie plot.

When I was a kid we used to go out to the homestead my dad grew up on with a couple abandoned houses, old barns & silo. My mom was convinced I was going to her hantavirus. I high school I sand blasted a trailer & used an older helmet/respirator my dad had. She was not happy with my dad that he was probably giving me hantavirus.

Mrs Hamburg’s grandma is 96 & still lives on her own at the old farm. They were pack rats. There’s multiple old barns & sheds full of junk. Whenever we visit we let the kids run around & I always joke they’re getting it.
I got a guy on the other line about some white walls

That lady deserved to die for what she was about to do to (not do for?) the dog.

Maybe she let the dog lick her face and inside her mouth and that's how she got the rat crap virus that killed her?

Nobody that good would keep the dog in a kennel.

Hackman must’ve been a bad Judge of character.
