My favorite is probably Saag Paneer... but Malai Kofta (see below) is pretty spectacular as well. I prefer it spicy.

I wish I could make good mint chutney.  it would be fantastic on pretty much anything. 

that's great. maybe the next time i have to go a full two years without the ability to pull this place up from my work computer, you and saul can come up with a good mint chutney recipe and post it to a site that i can actually access from work and then text me the url of the site that you posted it on. what an unbelievable joke.  :flush:

even non-vegetarian Indian places have tons of vegetarian options.  most serve lamb and chicken though.

The tandoori places are a good place for novices... Tandoori style is kind like Indian BBQ... And try some cheese naan as well. And also some hot chai tea. :love:
