I want pro kitchen mats for my cooking/prep area.  Feets hurt.

You may have the gout (also known as podagra when it involves the big toe).  Ts and Ps, giant.

Nope, just tile floors and flat footed.  I cook in shoes now and it is better, but I hate wearing shoes.

Quote from: wikipedia
Dietary causes account for about 12% of gout, and include a strong association with the consumption of alcohol, fructose-sweetened drinks, meat, and seafood.  Also, gianst get this a lot.

I don't know what to ask for.
You should ask Santa for a Yoder Smoker.

Do not want. There is already a smoker taking up a bunch of space in my garage. Plus I don't know how to smoke anything so this is not a good gift for me.

the correct answer is that you would never want a pellet smoker

i mean, the convenience of it sounds great- no doubt.  but it kind of seems like it wouldn't be quite as much fun when you whip out a perfectly cooked brisket and ribs and say "look what i did", when all that you did was push a button.  i don't know, maybe i'm being an elitist.  i think i am to some extent.  but i've also spent a million nights up at 4 am checking the temps of my smoker/meat and what not so i feel like i can be a bit pompous when it comes to bbq.

just go to Jackstack then, or Q39, or any number of places that make great Q

Well nothing beats (in my book) putting a nice pork shoulder on about 10 pm or so pushing said button and going to bed with no fucks given to wake up to a perfectly smoked piece of meat.

so Jackstack, q39, other great BBQ places aren't good?  because it seems like you're backtracking on being fully in the who-cares-as-long-as-the-food-is-great camp.
