So if the elitest assholes at ESPN are correct and the BCS wants any team they can get their hands on as long as it's not K-State (meaning Boise or maybe TCU), what are the chances that Cotton chooses us over OU and Baylor?

They aren't correct. The BCS bowls don't want anything to do with TCU or Boise, but they would be forced to take TCU if they can worm their way into the top 16.

i bet everybody already pretty much knows that the cats are sugarbowling. this meeting just gives them a chance to pick what restaurants they're going to get po boys and hurricanes at and decide roommates for the non starters.

Maybe the 4pm meeting is so the players can listen to the call from the Sugar Bowl reps?

Snyds calms the team down and thanks the Sugar Bowl reps, but says they are more interested in Cotton because it will help recruiting.

Good point. I'm not so worried about TCU, because I don't see how they get to 16 (but then again, people are projecting Michigan will easily crack the top 14 after sitting on their asses this weekend, so what the eff do I know?)

The one that really pisses me off is Boise State. I mean, really, what the hell kind of person thinks Boise State goes ahead of K-State? And then there's Virginia rough ridin' Tech. Same deal. Maybe even worse than Boise.
