But anyway - I wanted to post in this thread that my mom has always made & ate:
Banana & mayonnaise sandwiches.

Has anyone else ever heard of this?   Sounds rough ridin' disgusting and I refuse to try it.

Yeah, it's a Canadian thing. It's pretty funny that they don't know the difference between mayonnaise and peanut butter.

Banana is good, though I like the flavored stuff better than the real thing.

Those banana cream pie blizzards at DQ are the best thing they have.

Also like banana shakes at Sonic and strawberry-banana yogurt.

why do you like banana flavored things better than banana itself?  too stringy?

Did anyone ever find out why monekys are obsessed with nanners? Is it because they're in the trees and it's just convenient for them? Thoughts?

I suppose. I don't really eat bananas by themselves, I like them with something else. Maybe that's why I like the flavor as well? :dunno:

anyone in a kilt probably shouldn't be eating banana's anyway. a little too close to it to have an objective opinion.

i have been on a banana rampage lately.

major banana pro tip: open the banana from the "bottom" because it's way easier with your bare hands, and also the banana does not get the loose stringy things so much. you do have to remove the brown poop colored bottom chunk thing though, but that's better than having horrifying stringy banana strings dangling from your mouth

i always mush the top when i try to open the banana from the stem side. if you open from the bottom it is clean and no mush

opening a banana from the bottom also makes the perfect mario-cart style banana peel. great for pranks.
