If you are "impaired" (e.g. drugs)

Or if the arresting officer believes you are impaired with a BAC less than .08. At .08 and above, it's an automatic arrest. Under that, an officer can determine if you're too impaired to drive and still arrest you.

Minors can be arrested for anything above .02 IIRC

I've always wondered if you could be charged with a DUI despite being completely sober.  Imagine if you get pulled over and just pretend like you're drunk as hell.  Slurring words, being too talkative, "I swear to officer there is absolutely no blood in my alcohol system, God!" etc etc.  Stumble around during the field sobriety tests, screw up your ABCs...and blow a 0 on the breathalyzer.  Can any cops or lawyers answer what would happen if you trolled a cop into thinking you were drunk despite being absolutely sober?

My brother fell over and hit his head on the police car during a sobriety test.  He blew a 0.00 and they let him go.  This was in Missouri.  I was in the passenger seat.  He was taking pulls from a bottle of Segrams when the officer pulled him over.

They'd probably get you for something like obstructing the legal system or harassing an officer or something like that.

This incident proves that Missourah is not ready for the SEC.  I bet Miles and Saban drive home from games going the wrong way down a one way street with a bottle of Jack in one hand and a mirror loaded with coke in the other hand and nothing happens to them.  Hell the local cops probably escort them to their driveway just to make sure they get there safely.

I think it is pretty clear from this that the pain from his injured achilles caused the erratic driving.

Seems like this should have held weight into his sentencing.  I mean, if he is just barley over, I can get be hind the no fine.  However, if he is rough ridin' plowed, maybe harsher measures were needed.
