guess i am in the minority of people who like them. I dunno....something different.

You know what else is different? Having a team full of whities, and I don't see people lining up to do that.

Duke tells you to F off.

Any real coincidence that Duke is currently holding the #1 seed over us and laughing?

Yes, and also laughing that we have to play KU...potentially twice before the tournament.

Dear Coach Martin:

Please remember that Cole Aldrich and Sherron Collins will not foul out. No matter how much you try to get your players to draw fouls, this method will not work. If anything, your players will get the fouls and cause you trouble for much of the game if you attempt this method again.

Remember the play that you designed against Texas when we won in Austin, in 2007? Yes, you were the Associate Coach, but you designed a play that won the game. At least, Huggins said during the post game radio interview that you did. You had Hoskins drive in, then kick it out to Cartier Martin for a 3 pointer. The ball went in, the clock stopped. Game over. We won by 1 point.    Try this play again with Dom and Pullen if we are in the same situation on Wednesday night. It will work. I promise.

The shot against UT happened when we were tied with a bit less than a minute left, IIRC.  Anyways, it definitely didn't stop the clock to end the game.

It was nice to see a good play call down the stretch for once.  I never realized how bad Wooly was down the stretch til this play.

You're right. In my mind, that shot seemed like a game-ending shot to me. I think that game is the game that showed me that things are really changing.

Cartier was the best SLTH recruit we had. If only SLTH recruit Hoskins would've played with Mike and Bill  :chainsaw:

No doubt.

And LOL at Brackins, can't even get his team on the NIT bubble.

Yet Stan Bot spent the first couple years of the Wooly era taking about his NBA (assistant) experience  made drawing up end of game plays a strength  :jerk:

The transition pass from whitey with 6 seconds left in OT was as terrible a turnover as I've ever seen.

Love how the guy collapsed to the floor though.
