No, they actually do not. Also IF Klieman pays him out of pocket, it isn't enough to cover any potential assistant's salary. I'm 95% sure that paying Newman out of pocket would be a NCAA violation. Newman does this for free because he presumably believes in what he does and it increases his profile for his actual business.
