I'm with ya jt.  I graduated in '01 and just found out it closed last year.   It burned down IIRC.  Anyway, lots of greasy burgers that cured lots of hangovers at that place while I was in school. 

My buddy that graduated in '02 and moved out of state came back to town for the Baylor game and wanted to hit it up on Sunday morning before we drove back home.  I had to break the news to him. He didn't take it very well.

It did have a fire when I was in school there and closed for a period of time.  It was there at some point in time in the 00's.  Haven't seen anyone confirm or deny it's a hotel now.

Why don't you go down to that corner and snap some pictures for us, then head over to the register of deeds tomorrow and settle this.
