I'll never forget the Tech fans who came up to Manhattan one year to our tailgate who refused to call Aggieville anything but "The Ville". When asked why they said they refuse to say anything complimentary about Aggies. I was kinda

I like A&M fans.. Couple of them payed for our 2 hotel rooms last trip there.

When tech destroyed us in manhattan last time I sat next to some Tech students and they were good kids. Knew their football.

It is nice knowing people recognize that we are the superior fanbase to KU though

I usually call it "The Ville". IDK, just seems like more of an outsider thing to call it Aggieville. But for those of us that went there (and lived there) everyday I feel like "The Ville" is just more fitting.

Just an IMO.

I just think it's more esoteric to call it "The Ville". After a while the "Aggie" part becomes redundant. Kind of like if you live in Kansas City you say "I'm in Olathe" or "I'm in Leawood". Whereas an outsider would just say "I'm in Kansas City".

Not there's anything wrong with saying either one, obviously. But like I said above though: IDK.
