Not a blender, a food processor. Every person on Food Network uses a food processor to make emulsions, why wouldn't I? I just assumed Mario Batali knows what the eff he's doing. Guess I should be taking culinary advice from this eurocat fellow who posts on a KSU bbs?

That is correct I believe. I was referring to Eurocat saying the lemon juice was the emulsifier.

I've been using a lot of Jam lately. Grape Jam and also Raspberry Jam. In fact just this morning I ate an eggo waffle with raspberry jam. Wham Bam thank you Jam.
