I honestly think he considers the staff really good. Honestly, they may be great at coaching. I think Del and Dana are great position coaches. They just recruit for crap.

Del and Dana are both good enough to be solid OC's on their own.  Add in Snyder and our OC's are pretty damn good.  Cosh is the typical journeyman type of DC,  good enough to keep getting new jobs but not good enough to keep the same job.  Would be nice to have a DC and one OC that just recruited like crazy.
