Dogsitter seems to have worked out well. Payton was super happy when she saw me, but not like she'd been freed from a prison. They even kept her a little bit after I could've picked her up to give her the walk and dinner she'd been due for. From the pics, it still looks like these people that are really good w/dogs somehow thought the harness stays on her permanently, but that's the only neg I've seen. She smells better; not sure if they did some kind of dry wash or it's just from being around a cosmetology person for 3 days.
I'll probably do that again next time. I like being able to just give them all the stuff and a short tips list and them being as flexible as I am w/her, vs. having to portion out meals for a kennel and her being on their schedule.
She's back in bed here gnawing on her #longbone right now.
