If you got the right person, a person would be better. But getting the right person might be tricky so you are going to get more consistent results choosing a hotel. Also, once you chose one, you should stick with the same place (unless it is terrible) so she gets used to the place and people for future trips.

I don't plan to do this often.  I'm gonna try my best to find the best of shitty options for her to fly with me direct to FattyFest, and even if I can't, I'll probably have my preferred known people that can take her in then. 

So as I'm an excellent Judge, I think I'm gonna try to pick one of those people from the rover thing based on their appearance and self-marketing.  Higher ceiling for Payton's enjoyment and almost certainly will produce better #coverage here of however it plays out.

She seems to hate the "surf & turf" flavor of the artisan dog food.  I'm used to her taking a day off of eating about every 10 days now for whatever reason and then eating double the next day, but even when she's not on that off-day and if she's not on her catch-up day, if the surf & turf's in the bowl, she just picks at it and eats 1/2 at best.  It's weird b/c I love human artisan surf & turf myself.

Seriously, try one of the boarders/daycares for a half day and see how she does. My dog loves the crap out of her hotel.

I lined up a rover lady.  Payton will get to take a lot of her own stuff there, be in a place a lot like mine just a bit up the street, can be taken to her favorite bar, etc.

I've been trying to get rid of the last of the surf & turf by putting out about 40% s&t and 60% flavor she craves.  Today, she was plugging away on it alright and came over for her dessert reward, and I saw she'd left about 10% of the meal in the bowl, all s&t.  No dessert!

I would seriously consider stealing BW's dog. Not joking here guys. BW, if you live out in the country watch him/her closely. My grandmas had a few dogs kidnapped out in the flint hills. She witnessed it happen both times.
