Getting a new dog tomorrow evening (adoption).

We lost a dog last spring and then got a new one right away (adoption). The terrier mix we got had lots of issues with people and would get mean every time someone came over. Then we had issues while away last summer with someone watching her and not being able to control her and she ruined our basement floor. I have a feeling she had been beaten by a male and she had major issues because of it, we tried for about 4 months and it just didn't work out. It was just a bad deal for us and the dog unfortunately. We took a break and continued to look and found one we think will be a better fit.

Now we are getting a rat terrier and based on the foster family he was with he doesn't seem to have any of the issues of our previous dog. He's been around kids, people, other dogs, and cats; energetic guy about a year and a half old. Pretty excited.

Good luck Fan!!!  We are meeting a potential adoption tomorrow too.  We had to take our old dog in a few weeks ago and it's just too quiet without the pooch around.  Hoping this puppy works out. Will post adorbs pics if it works out.

well, I have you pegged as a 32 year old with his crap together who just crushes it all day ever-y-day.
The camping chair and folding table and chairs have you pegged as a 25 year old who travels all week for work in a shitty job.  I do love the tile.

i'm a lot older than that.  i do work a shitty job and travel a ton for it.

the table isn't a folding table, just a small kitchen table.  i've been meaning to buy some chairs (and a dining table) for a few years, but i'm lazy, picky and cheap, so i haven't found anything i thought i should buy yet.  one of these days.  i like the tile a lot too.  hate the grout though.  can't believe how fast it got discolored.

Nothing wrong with either scenario. In hind sight, my last post sounded a little bready. Didn't mean it that way.

thanks guys!!! I only wish i would have gotten a dog sooner. I have been living in denver for the past 3 years and cant help but think of all the cool crap we could have done together in that time instead of just starting now. oh well, he is a blast to hang out with and it really is an awesome feeling to teach a dog a trick or command and see them catch on.

I liked the post production maroon 5 soundtrack you put into the vid.  Really pulled it all together.
