It's an analyst position at a large bank on the east coast.

Coming from a small firm in kc, it's a jump.

One week in at the new job.

It's a pretty crazy setup, 1,500 analysts in a building with no windows, job is super complex with no formal training. Expected 'learning' time is 3-6 months.

Benefits and pay are fortune 30 awesome tho.
