Get them to pay for some travel back. Like tell them you can't get all your affairs wrapped up in 45 days but you could go there and then come back for a week in about a month or 2..... But they need to pay for the travel.

I have a phone interview with a college (D1 in basketball!!!) on Thursday. It's way better pay, more travel, and I would work in Phoenix from time-to-time. I had a friend who worked for them awhile back and she can't stop raving about them. They reached out to me today through indeed. I'd cover the Midwest territory for them.  :Wha:

I'm talking to a company in Phoenix.  I'll likely head there or back to Manhattan in a month or so.  Remote mountain living has gotten to me.

I'll make you a deal, you find out some tricky way to comp my family and I a day or two at your current place of work before you leave and you can live in my basement for one month for free until you get things figured out if it ends up being mhk.

he's going to have to fashion his own peas out of whatever they use for vegetables there.

he'll probably end up quitting his job and making a fortune over there selling his rolled seaweed mini veggie balls as an add-in for rice.

Congrats, Sundance Man!  I quit my job last week.  To be fair, I gave like 9 months notice.

If you don't know SDK in real life you have no idea how amazing he is.  Really one of the best.

Are you 18-30 years old and currently looking for employment? If you don't smell and are a decent human being, come apply at Aggie Station for the kitchen and put ERiI under "Referred by" and you'll probably get hired.
