I like Ron Paul because he actually answers questions when asks. Some of his answers are nuts/awesome, but he at least provides an answer other than, "we need to be creating jobs", or "it was Bush's fault".

I don't think the gold standard thing will ever happen, even if Paul is elected president. We would see very drastic changes in our foreign policy, though, and that would be a good thing.
