He's just such a class act.

Let's say you have 2 QBs.  All that you know about the first one is that he's super cocky and starts fights in practice.  All you know about the second one is nothing.  Which one do you choose?

I would probably go with the super cocky fight-starting QB, but the gambler in me would want to at least see the other guy in action. For all we know, he could be even cockier and sleep with OB's wife.

Per speaking with 4 KSU DB's, of which will not be named:

1. CK is a stud. Smart, fast as crap, and has a cannon
2. Brod is not the WR he was before he got injured
3. McFall has the best hands on the team, but is a huge douche.
4. BB runs hard, but Pease will probably be the starter. Says he is better than DT, runs harder but is quicker.
5. Hubert, BB, and Pease will all share carries
6. EMan is a monster at LB, much better than he was at safety
7. Darious Thomas is still trying to get cleared to play, but is going to class here

Good info for sure nice work

1.  I've been drinking the CK kool aid for awhile I think he's going to be good maybe even really good like Ell good.
2. Sorry to hear this he was better then people give him credit for before he got hurt.
3.  Every team has a white walk on with best hands on the team.
4.  Still not sure what to think about Pease. He wasn't anything special as a RB in JC but the reports are interesting.
5.  Figured as much don't think anyone on this team is ready for 25 carries
6.  I hope he does well at LB.   Lamur strikes me as a guy who tears it up in practice and then is just so so in games.  I'll take a wait and see approach with him.   The first summer he got to KSU everyone was talking about how good he was and then he was just kind of ok when the games started.  His brother is the same way scout team hero.
7.  This would be cool if he could play but I'm not counting on it.

Seriously, not that we needed any more evidence, but could Arty Brown look any more like a Greek God?

Texas Christian University coach Gary Patterson has been hired as Kansas State's 34th football coach, multiple sources have confirmed to GoPowercat.com.  Patterson replaces Ron Prince, who was fired Wednesday. - Tim Fitzgerald   Nov, 7, 2008

If you did, I could almost guarantee that Tannahill would become a goEMAW member just so he could post in the thread saying that he is in fact, not gay, and that all of us are gay for even noticing it.

You don't need a knee to bench press the crap out of some iron.

Greyshirt is pretty ideal for a recruit in this situation. He basically gets an extra year; this semester at home to rehab, then next semester to see where he's at. If he still has recovery left, then you redshirt him next year. It helps that is sounds like Harvhill is completely EMAW, you won't get everyone to go this route.

Aren't geyshirts enrolled half time?  And whoever thinks you don't need knees to throw up big weight has clearly never thrown up big weight.

Not to mention the fact that we have about seven upperclassmen that can rotate in and out of DT, and Lamonte Clark is most likely going to redshirt.

He's not vital to our success this year, so it's not a huge deal.  I really like getting 5.5 semesters out of a DT.  Especially one that looks like he'll absolutely love the training table and weight room.
